Tap Karate Chop Point while repeating:
“Even though it’s easy for me to focus on the driving range but on the course I’m mentally undisciplined, I deeply and completely love and accept myself. Even though I let my mind wander when it’s time to focus on my shot, I deeply and completely love and accept myself. Even though I’m being mentally lazy whenever I focused on my mechanics rather than on my mental discipline, I deeply and completely love and accept myself.”
EB: On the driving range I’m focused on my target
SE: I visualize the shot I want to hit
UE: I feel the shot I want to hit
UN: My mind is clearly focused on what I want to do
CH: I have a clear intention with my target when I hit balls on the range
CB: As soon as I go out to play a round of golf, I lose my focus
UA: I think about a round of golf in a completely different way than I think about my practices on the range
WR: I think my round matters and I have to play well
EB: I completely lose my focus on hitting one shot at-a-time
SE: My conscious mind notices hazards and trouble
UE: I don’t visualize the shot I want to hit
UN: I don’t feel the shot I want to hit
CH: I’m not focused on what I want to do
CB: I have mixed intentions
UA: I am mentally lazy because it takes discipline to visualize the shot I want to hit
WR: If I hit a bad shot, I immediately think it’s a mechanical problem
EB: Then I start to tinker with my swing on the course, that’s another sign of my mental
laziness
SE: I think my swing is the problem and not my mental discipline
UE: There’s nothing wrong with my swing
UN: I’m simply not focused like I am on the range when I’m practicing
CH: It takes mental discipline to visualize my target
CB: It takes mental discipline to clearly focus on the shot I want to hit
UA: It takes mental discipline to have a clear intention of hitting the shot I want to hit
WR: It’s easier just to blame my swing than it is to dig deep and mentally focus
EB: I’m holding this lack of mental discipline in all the muscles of my body

UE: I’m holding this lack of mental discipline in all the tendons of my body
UN: I’m holding this lack of mental discipline in all the bones of my body
CH: I’m holding this lack of mental discipline in all the joints of my body
CB: I’m holding this lack of mental discipline in all the cartilage of my body
UA: I’m holding this lack of mental discipline in all the tissues of my body

UE: I’m holding this lack of mental discipline in every cell of my ears
UN: I’m holding this lack of mental discipline in every cell of my mouth and taste buds
CH: I’m holding this lack of mental discipline in every cell of my sense of touch
CB: I’m holding this lack of mental discipline in every cell of my nose and smell
UA: I’m holding this lack of mental discipline in every cell of my aura
WR: I’m holding this lack of mental discipline in every cell of my energy body
Tap Karate Chop Point while saying:
“I give my body permission to release this lack of mental discipline out on the course from every cell. My body can choose to relax and let go of this habit of blaming any problems I have on my swing and mechanics. I choose to discipline my mind to visualize the shot I want to hit, feel the shot I want to hit, and have a clear intention on the shot I want to hit with each and every shot on the course. When I become mentally lazy by focusing on my swing and mechanics, I choose to refocus my mind on the shot I want to hit. I give my body permission to release this mental laziness from every cell membrane and cell receptor site.”
